The RAD-CORE technology enhances tyre performance by increasing grip and reducing rolling resistance simultaneously. Rich Wood, brand manager at distributor Madison, explains that the radial construction offers a more supple casing due to the threads being oriented at 90 degrees to the direction of travel. This design allows riders to run higher pressures while maintaining a supple feel, resulting in a smoother ride with greater bump absorption and a larger contact patch for improved traction.
