Innovative Design and Construction
The El Jefe Grande features a titanium frame with a 3D-printed head tube, a first for Revel. This advanced construction technique enhances strength and durability, effectively managing the increased forces from the larger wheel size. The frame is designed around a 100mm fork and comes in four sizes. Every size except the small has 32″ front and rear wheels, while the small uses a 29″ rear wheel. (velomag.eu)
Geometry and Sizing
The El Jefe Grande boasts five sets of bottle/tool mounts on the frame. The prototype bike I tested back in April had just three, including one set on the seat tube.
