Men’s Cross-Country (XCO):
In a gripping race, Luca Martin clinched his second elite career victory, overtaking Adrien Boichis in the final lap after Boichis’s unfortunate crash near the finish line. Bjorn Riley secured third place, while Martin Vidaurre and Simone Avondetto rounded out the top five. French riders Joshua Dubau and Mattis Azzaro finished 13th and 18th, respectively. Mathis Guay and Mathias Flückiger faced mechanical issues, leading to disappointing results.
Women’s Cross-Country (XCO):
Jenny Rissveds dominated the race, finishing nearly a minute ahead of runner-up Ronja Blöchlinger, who achieved her first podium at home. The battle for third place was intense, with Savilia Blunk overcoming an early flat tire to secure the position. French rider Line Burquier placed 27th, while Loana Lecomte did not finish the race.
