Unleash Your Ride: Affordable Ritchey Drops and More!

by VeloMagster

Ritchey Logic has unveiled a suite of new components designed to enhance the performance and comfort of gravel and mountain bike riders, all while maintaining affordability. The latest additions include the WCS 1-Bolt Kite dropper post, the SuperLogic ErgoMax carbon handlebars, the Corralitos ergo gravel dropbar, the El Camino flared-back flat bar, and the Alloy Bigfoot flat pedals.

WCS 1-Bolt Kite Dropper Post

Ritchey’s inaugural dropper post, the WCS 1-Bolt Kite, is tailored for traditional gravel and mountain bikes with a 27.2mm diameter. It offers two travel options—70mm and 100mm—providing riders with a choice to suit their terrain preferences. Priced at $200, this post features a zero-offset 1-bolt head compatible with both round and oval rails. Constructed from 7075 aluminum, it weighs 380g for the 70mm travel and 410g for the 100mm travel. Notably, the Kite dropper does not include a remote but offers separate options for both drop bar and flat bar builds.

SuperLogic ErgoMax Carbon Handlebars

The SuperLogic ErgoMax handlebars are engineered to provide a blend of lightweight performance and ergonomic comfort. Featuring a compact, round bend with wider ergonomic tops, these carbon handlebars include a 20mm rise near the stem to promote a more upright riding position. A flex point is incorporated to reduce hand fatigue, and the bars offer a generous 90mm of uninterrupted 31.8mm clamping width before the rise, accommodating accessories like bikepacking bags or GPS mounts. The 17.5° flare in the drops and a subtle 5° backsweep enhance comfort and control. Available in widths from 38cm to 44cm, the 42cm bar weighs approximately 240g. Pricing is expected to align with other SuperLogic carbon bars upon release this summer.

Corralitos Ergo Gravel Dropbar

The Corralitos dropbar is designed for off-road riding on bikes traditionally equipped with flat bars. It features a 15mm rise, a 52mm reach, and a 67.5mm drop with a smooth anatomic bend. The round top and generous 24° flare in the drops provide a comfortable and stable grip. Offered in widths from 44cm to 50cm, the Corralitos bar is available in a black Comp version for $57 and will soon be offered in a high-polish silver Classic edition.

El Camino Flared-Back Flat Bar

The El Camino flat bar reimagines the popular Kyote model with a more dramatic 35° backsweep and reduced forward offset. This design aims to deliver a comfortable, upright riding position while maintaining control across various terrains. Made from double-butted 6061 alloy, the El Camino bar measures 750mm in width, features a 50mm rise, and offers a 200mm wide 31.8mm clamping area for mounting accessories. Weighing 340g, it is currently available in Comp black and will soon be offered in the Classic silver finish.

Alloy Bigfoot Flat Pedals

Complementing the existing plastic Bigfoot pedals, Ritchey introduces the Alloy Bigfoot flat pedals. These durable pedals are crafted from 6061 alloy and feature a 105mm wide x 110mm concave platform with 10 replaceable traction pins per side. They spin on chromoly axles with sealed outer bearings and inner bushings. Weighing 445g, the Alloy Bigfoot pedals are available in WCS black or Classic silver to match the rest of your Ritchey components.

These new offerings from Ritchey Logic aim to provide riders with high-quality components that enhance performance and comfort without compromising on affordability.
