Role Overview: Aftersales Manager
As an Aftersales Manager at Hellorider, you will be instrumental in enhancing the post-sale experience for both dealers and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Process Improvement: Optimising repair and maintenance procedures initiated by dealers for leased bicycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to agreements.

Issue Resolution: Identifying bottlenecks in work order processes and implementing improvements to boost customer and dealer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Engaging with manufacturers to efficiently address technical inquiries, warranty claims, and recalls.

Assessment: Evaluating end-of-lease reports to make informed decisions regarding damages and repair costs.

Dealer Relations: Fostering strong connections with dealers to ensure seamless operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.

Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Over 7 years of experience in the bicycle industry, with a background in working with bicycle manufacturers and expertise in bicycle maintenance, repairs, and warranty handling.

The ability to serve as a connecting link between Hellorider and bicycle dealers, alongside the dealer manager.
