Rebecca Bland, a seasoned cycling journalist with over six years of experience, has been appointed as a staff writer for BikeBiz, effective 16th February 2026. Bland’s extensive portfolio includes contributions to esteemed publications such as Autocar, Farrelly Atkinson, and Eurosport. Prior to her journalism career, she held positions within the NHS and served as a social media manager. Her passion for cycling journalism has been evident through her freelance work and regular contributions to BikeBiz.
In her new full-time role, Bland will divide her time between BikeBiz and MicromobilityBiz, aligning with the brand’s upcoming event focused on the micromobility sector. Her responsibilities will encompass news and feature writing for both digital and print platforms. Additionally, she will lead research for the BikeBiz Podcast, collaborating with host Pedro on guest recruitment and episode development.
