In the ever-evolving landscape of urban cycling, safety and visibility are paramount. Recognising this, Look Cycle has unveiled the Geo City Vision pedals, a groundbreaking innovation designed to enhance rider visibility and safety in city environments.
Integrated 360° Lighting System
The Geo City Vision pedals are equipped with an integrated 360° lighting system that illuminates the natural movement of the rider’s legs. This dynamic lighting effect significantly increases the rider’s visibility, making them up to 5.5 times more noticeable compared to traditional seatpost-mounted lights. The oscillating motion of the pedals creates a continuous light pattern, effectively capturing the attention of motorists and pedestrians alike. (bikeradar.com)
Robust Construction and Design
Crafted with durability in mind, the pedals feature a composite body paired with a Chromoly+ spindle, ensuring longevity and resilience against the rigors of daily urban commuting. The wide, non-slip platform accommodates various footwear, from casual trainers to formal office shoes, providing a secure and comfortable riding experience. (bikeradar.com)
User-Friendly Lighting Controls
Operating the lighting system is straightforward, with a single button that controls multiple modes, including steady, flashing, and daylight settings. The lights are USB-C rechargeable, offering up to 20 hours of runtime on a single charge. Additionally, the Start & Stop system optimises battery life by entering standby mode after 30 seconds of inactivity and instantly reactivating at the slightest detected movement. (bikeradar.com)
Enhanced Safety Features
The integrated 40-lumen lights are visible from up to 900 meters, providing early detection and giving drivers more time to anticipate the rider’s presence. This enhanced visibility is particularly beneficial in dense urban environments and at night, contributing to overall rider safety. (bikeradar.com)

The Geo City Vision pedals are available for purchase at a recommended retail price of £75. They can be acquired through various retailers, including Chicken Cyclekit, which offers a range of cycling products tailored to urban commuters. (bikeradar.com)
