Gravel Glory: Mosaic GT i55 Ti Unleashes Bigger Tires and a New Carbon Fork!

by VeloMagster

Mosaic Cycles has unveiled the GT i55 Ti Gravel Bike, a cutting-edge titanium frame engineered to accommodate 55mm tires, setting a new benchmark in gravel cycling. This advancement is achieved through the integration of 3D-printed titanium components, enhancing both performance and durability. Complementing the frame is an all-new carbon fork, meticulously designed to provide optimal clearance and support.

Innovative Design and Engineering

The GT i55 Ti represents a significant evolution in gravel bike design. Mosaic’s commitment to innovation is evident in the development of their first 3D-printed titanium frame elements, which facilitate the accommodation of larger tires and gears without compromising the bike’s responsiveness. This approach not only addresses the growing demand for increased tire clearance but also maintains the agility and performance expected from a high-end gravel bike.

Custom-Made Carbon Fork

Recognizing the limitations of existing carbon forks in the market, Mosaic has engineered a custom carbon fork tailored specifically for the GT i55 Ti. This fork offers 55mm tire clearance, internal cable routing, and fender mounts, all while preserving the bike’s race-oriented geometry. The fork’s design also accounts for future compatibility with short-travel gravel suspension forks, ensuring the GT i55 Ti remains adaptable to evolving rider needs.
