The 2026 SRAM Inclusivity Scholarship has unveiled its four recipients, each bringing unique perspectives and innovative designs to the world of bicycle framebuilding. These artisans will showcase their creations at the upcoming BESPOKED Dresden event, set to take place from September 11 to 13 at Dresden International Airport. This annual gathering celebrates craftsmanship and diversity within the cycling community.
Morassiframes
Vincent Morassi, the visionary behind Morassiframes, identifies as a queer non-binary individual striving for greater acceptance within the bicycle framebuilding community. Their ultra-light stainless steel bikepacking bike, designed for extreme mountain races like the Seven Serpents, Trans Balkan Race, and Alps Divide, will be featured at BESPOKED.
Santa Clara Bikes Unipessoal Lda
Carlos Santa Clara, hailing from Zimbabwe and now based in Portugal, founded Santa Clara Bikes Unipessoal Lda. Drawing inspiration from his heritage, he plans to present a special version of the ‘Nyanga’ frame at BESPOKED, reflecting the fusion of his cultural background and current experiences.
Resonance Cycles
Daniel Hoffman, the founder of Resonance Cycles, embarked on his framebuilding journey without formal engineering training. After relocating to the UK to access better manufacturing resources, he developed a process using natural biocomposite materials. At BESPOKED, Hoffman will unveil an aggressive race geometry road bike crafted from flax fibre, Sitka spruce, hardwood veneer, and bio-epoxy, aiming to combine the stiffness of carbon with the road feel of steel or titanium.
HP Bikes
Harry Prescott, a 23-year-old engineer from northern England, established HP Bikes with a focus on innovative mountain bike designs. He plans to showcase an enduro mountain bike featuring 160mm rear travel, mixed wheel sizes, and potential gearbox integration at BESPOKED, exploring new possibilities in mountain bike design.
