Position Overview
The Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of Santos Bikes’ administrative processes. This position involves close collaboration with various departments, including purchasing, sales, and the workshop, to ensure accurate and up-to-date administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Administration: Manage and process financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank transactions.

Order Management: Oversee and process purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement enhancements in administrative and operational workflows.

Inventory Support: Assist in inventory and product management, ensuring optimal stock levels and organization.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will possess:

A minimum of MBO+ level education.

Experience in administrative processes with a keen eye for detail.
