The programme transcends theoretical instruction, focusing on practical skills essential for daily workshop operations, including diagnostics, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and servicing of e-bike systems.
Participants will delve into the MAHLE product portfolio, exploring systems such as the new M40, XS, X20, X30, and X35. The training covers their features, compatibility, configurations, and service procedures. A particular emphasis is placed on the M40 system, with hands-on exercises covering installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance, based on workflows used by MAHLE’s technical teams. The latter part of the training focuses on the X-series, product updates, and key service recommendations.
Building Practical Skills
For dealers, technical training extends beyond deepening product knowledge. It empowers teams to work more independently and efficiently, reducing the time required to identify and resolve issues, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. MAHLE Smart Trainings courses also enable participants to work directly on components and analyse real-life service scenarios, creating a direct link between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the workshop. Another key feature is direct contact with MAHLE technical experts, allowing dealers to discuss specific problems, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the MAHLE SmartBike Systems ecosystem.
Pathway to Certification
A significant benefit of the programme is the opportunity to become a Certified MAHLE Partner PRO upon completion of the training. This certification recognises a workshop’s technical expertise and can enhance its visibility within the MAHLE network. Certified dealers can benefit from greater visibility in the MAHLE Dealer Locator, providing cyclists with another qualified point of contact for servicing. Training Schedule
The trainings are intensive, fully in-person days combining technical instruction, hands-on activities, product updates, discussions with experts, and networking with other industry professionals. The programme also includes dedicated training materials. Participants can choose a ticket with digital documentation or a printed technical manual. Lunch is included.
