Accell Group, the Dutch parent company of renowned bicycle brands such as Raleigh, Lapierre, and Haibike, has faced significant financial challenges in recent years. In August 2023, the company reported a net loss of \u20ac390 million, primarily due to obsolete stock, restructuring costs, and a major product recall of its Babboe cargo bikes.
