Swivvle, the innovative cycling safety brand, has introduced a comprehensive Crash Replacement Program for its Sirius helmet, underscoring its commitment to rider safety and customer satisfaction. This initiative offers cyclists peace of mind after an accident, ensuring they can continue their journeys with confidence.

Enhanced Assurance After an Incident

A helmet’s primary function is to protect the rider during a fall or collision. However, even if damage isn’t immediately visible, the helmet’s integrity may be compromised post-impact. Swivvle addresses this concern with a supplementary program that supports users whose helmets have been involved in an accident.

Clear Terms and Transparent Process

To qualify for the Crash Replacement Program, the following conditions apply:

Registration: The helmet must be registered within 30 days of purchase on the official Swivvle website.

Purchase Source: Only helmets purchased from authorized channels—Swivvle dealers, the official website, Bol.com, Decathlon Marketplace, or Amazon—are eligible.

Proof of Purchase: An original receipt is required.

Demonstrable Impact: The damage must be a direct result of an accident, not due to wear, misuse, or cosmetic issues.

Once a claim is submitted, the damaged helmet should be sent to Swivvle for technical inspection. The company will then determine if the helmet qualifies for replacement. Swivvle’s decision is final and binding. (swivvle-official.com)

Tailored Replacement for the Rider

If approved, Swivvle will provide a replacement helmet matching the original model, size, and color. If the exact model is unavailable, an equivalent alternative will be offered. The replacement is free of charge.

The program’s terms are based on the helmet’s age:

Within the First Year: A new Sirius helmet is provided at no cost.

Within the Second Year: Users receive a 50% discount on a new Sirius helmet.

Emphasis on Safety and Trust

Through this program, Swivvle highlights the importance of long-term safety. Cyclists are encouraged to register their helmets promptly, use them correctly, and replace them after an impact to maintain optimal protection. This initiative is part of Swivvle’s broader vision, integrating user experience, safety, and service seamlessly.

For more details or to register your helmet, visit Swivvle’s official website.
