You will lead and motivate a team of bicycle mechanics, develop efficient processes, and collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to continuously improve performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Team Leadership:<\/strong> Lead and coach a team of bicycle mechanics, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality Assurance:<\/strong> Ensure all refurbishment and repair processes meet quality and safety standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow Management:<\/strong> Organize workflow, allocate tasks, and set daily priorities to optimize productivity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process Improvement:<\/strong> Implement continuous improvements in productivity and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross-Department Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth delivery of refurbished bikes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Performance Reporting:<\/strong> Report workshop performance metrics and propose improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Proven experience in leading a technical or workshop team, preferably in the bicycle or mobility industry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Knowledge:<\/strong> In-depth understanding of bicycle mechanics, with expertise in e-bikes being a plus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership Skills:<\/strong> Ability to organize, motivate, and develop a team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process Orientation:<\/strong> Process-driven mindset with a focus on quality and safety.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaptability:<\/strong> Hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-growing environment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language Skills:<\/strong> Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re ready to combine leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for sustainable mobility, we look forward to your application.
